Before returning a particular order, you will need to contact our Customer Service to request a return authorization number. Without this number, there may be difficulties in processing your request, resulting in delays in the entire process. The product will be replaced or the full amount refunded based on the agreements made during your communication.
The direct cost of returning the goods will be at your expense.
